What is it for?
The OKR (acronym for Objective and Key Results) is useful for planning organizational objectives linked to key result indicators, which are in turn connected to goals and those responsible. The OKR framework also allows you to control the progress of key results by periodically monitoring the achievement of goals for each indicator.
The OKR is outlined in a table that relates each objective to at least one key result and each key result to one or more indicators.
Monitoring and control are supported by a summary table.
Complexity*: High.
