The Stakeholder Map is a tool for identifying and classifying business stakeholders.


What is it for?

This tool is useful for, based on the identification of business stakeholders and their classification in relation to their influence and interest in the business, outlining strategies aimed at engaging stakeholders. In other words, by analyzing the influence and interest relationships of stakeholders, one can outline actions aimed at engaging them effectively.

The tool is outlined in a table that classifies each stakeholder in relation to their influence and interest in the business.

Monitoring is supported by a matrix with 4 quadrants that positions each interested party in the quadrant corresponding to the influence x interest relationship.
