5W2H AND GUT

What is it?

The action plan with a 5W2H structure (What, Why, Where, Who, When, How and How much) and GUT (Gravity, Urgency and Tendency) prioritization is a checklist-type tool aimed at achieving objectives.

What is it for?

The 5W2H framework allows you to define what will be done, why it will be done, where it will be done, who will do it, when it will be done and how much it will cost to do it. Using the GUT matrix, the plan's actions can be prioritized, considering the severity, urgency and trend of the problem associated with the established action.

Monitoring is done through a summary table.
